How long does setup take?
You can begin after adding your company, job sites, and employees. The time required depends on the number of locations and people you need to register.
Do employees need to install an app?
No. Invited employees can sign in through a supported browser.
Can teams use CrewVora on mobile?
Yes. Managers and employees can use CrewVora in a modern mobile browser.
Can I manage multiple job sites?
Yes. Keep jobs, staffing requirements, and assignments organized separately for each location.
Can access differ by employee?
CrewVora supports company admin, shift manager, site manager, viewer, and employee roles.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Regular workspace access is restricted until a company administrator selects a plan. No card is required to start the trial.
Is each company's data separated?
Yes. Server-side authorization and Supabase row-level security isolate data by company.
Can I export schedules as CSV or PDF?
Monthly shifts can be exported as CSV. There is no dedicated PDF export, but the print-ready view can be saved as a PDF from the browser.
